WELCOME
I'm a Victorian artist living on a 35 acre farm in the coastal village of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula. I work in oil, acrylic and pastels and paint a wide variety of subjects, from realistic still life, portraits of people or animals and landscapes that surround me. In some of my paintings I use a palette knife to create highly textural works, with colour and movement.
Commissions form a large part of my art practice, with many repeat clients or new word of mouth referrals contacting me. They request a painting of their family pet, a portrait of a friend or relative or something else entirely which is meaningful to them. I usually paint from a photo which they supply or I can take a photograph myself. I aim to make the process enjoyable and very easy. Whatever works best for you!
Most of the work displayed on my website is for sale through my Studio in Flinders, Victoria, Australia (or by arrangement). Please browse through my collections, which is continuously updated with new original paintings. The Shop Prints tab allows you to purchase a museum quality giclee print of one of my paintings.
If you are looking for something in particular which you cannot find here, simply contact me, as all enquiries are welcome. I am happy to meet and discuss any ideas or queries you have either at my Studio in Flinders (or elsewhere). But please make an appointment first as I am not always in the Studio.
